    [SOLVED] HDD failing after hard shutdown

    I had a windows update stuck on 0% for hours so decided to just hard shutdown my pc. After booting up again, windows ran a scan and repair on my second drive (not my windows drive).     Question 4TB WD hard disk activity light always on, partitions visible but cannot mount, no matter the OS or port (USB/SATA) ?
