failure to post

Hello, yesterday my PC suddenly stopped booting normally, when i press the power button my pc turns on for a second, there is the red CPU light on de EZ-Debug of my motherboard, and i can hear the relay click in my PSU, before it turns itself off, after a few seconds this repeats endlessly...

I'm trying to build a new system with all new parts. This is my second system build. The last one was ten years ago and everything came together without any problems. This time I'm trying to figure out if I have a bad CPU and would appreciate advice. I don't have a PSU tester or another socket...
