fan blade broke

So I have a gigabyte ds3h b250m mobo and gtx 1060 6gb zotac mini gpu. Recently, one of my gpu fan blades just was found broken and caused an imbalance to the whole computer, causing it to vibrate. Now, also my audio has also been distorted and sounds terrible. I was thinking about getting an RMA...
