fan posistion

I have This build I am considering putting the radiator in the front of the case with 5 exhaust fans. 2 in front and 3 behind it. I then will have 1 fan in the back and 3 on the top for intake. Does the 2 fans in front of the radiator help push the heated air out or will it be a waste?

I have 2 hard drives both with Windows 7. My main hard drive I did first. Then I did my 2nd hard drive. When I restart my computer, I do not see both hard drives so I can select which one I want to use. Please help with this. Thank you
