I recently unscrewed my CPU fan/heatsink but the mounting adapter is stuck to my heatsink (shown in images). When I try to unscrew it the mounting adapter moves along with the screw and just hits the metal plate and can't move anymore. When I try with it mounted the screw doesn't budge.

I'm planning to buy some case fans (mf120/140r's) for my case (mb530p) whilst im up in queensland, and notice that I'm in need of additional screws. What place (online mainly) could I get some (preferably in aus)?
