fan tuning

Hello, I just got my 7900xtx, I don't have any cooling problems but I would still like to tune my fans. On the AMD Software: Adrenaline, I click on "Custom tuning" under the Performance -> Tuning tab. However, when I do so, I receive a message stating I would be forced to end user license...
