Fans Full Speed

What is wrong with my pc? When i do stress test on psu and gpu, the pc crashes in 1 second, sometimes in 2,5 seconds. When playing new games result is same as above. No crashing if i do stress test to cpu or vram. Screen goes black and computer stays on, sometimes fans go full speed. Pc...
