I've noticed that one of my GPU's runs about 10 degrees Celsius higher than the other for no apparent reason. Any reason this can be? My only thought is that it may be the one closer to my CPU, but my CPU is 10-15 degrees cooler than the GPU. The fan's running.

Hello, I have a Radeon HD 6670. The video RAM on it is currently 743 mb when it can go to 1 gb. I think the problem is my PSU which is only 300 watts but the cards minimum requirement is 400 watts. I put this card in my Dell Inspiron 620. So do you think the problem is my PSU? Thanks!
