    First time video card install help

    xfx radeon r9 280x clip won't close? The clip on the motherboard the video card goes into, the clip thingy won't snap shut completely. No wires across the slot the card goes into, I screwed the card into place, and hooked up the PCI-E cords, the clip didn't seem to snap into place to firmly hold...
