fixing "system info" in windows 10

Hello friends... I am upgrading the software & hardware on my friends older HP desktop that started life as a Windows 8 machine. It has been upgraded to Windows 10. But the entire computer is a big mess. I am sure many of you have friends who, despite your advice, have 20 GBs in the download...
