    My CPU cooler runs at 4400 RPM, is this normal?

    My setup: -asus z97-a -i5 4690k -gtx 970 I recently installed Corsair Hydro H60 High Performance liquid cooling for my CPU, however the CPU fan runs at 4400 RPM when im on desktop or in Bios. My temperatures are fine at 30 degrees in idle and 65-69 degrees when in game. My question is, is...
