flv to mp4 converter

topic more or less, i tried VLC player one file worked after that i get this error "Your input can't be opened: VLC is unable to open the MRL 'file:///D:/obs/GG1.flv'. Check the log for details." tried movavi didnt work, tried using the newest adobe couldent find anything about converting...
