Question frame freezing/stuttering when watching youtube or playing games
For starters i have a ryzen 5 3600, corsair vengeance 16gb 3600mhz, and a 2080 super. Whenever im playing the new battlefield or halo infinite or any game thats kinda demanding for that matter, my pc runs pretty normally around 100+fps but my game will freeze for 2 seconds then slowly go back up...
