I use my front panel USB port to copy movies from my HDD to my pendrive. The problem with this is the writing speed. A movie over 2GBs takes a lot of time to transfer to my pendrive. I checked, and the front panel is connected to the right port on the motherboard.

I just got an MSI B550 Tomahawk MOBO, but the front USB 3.0 ports are really slow. I have a 7200RPM HDD, but when I try to copy movies to my USB stick the writing speed is only 5-7 Mb/s. I checked whether I connected it to the right place, but I did. Is there an option in BIOS I could check?
