Its an fx - 6300. My temps seem stable, my psu is 300W above my requirement for pc. But it is STRUGGLING, by the way it was doing this at base speed. Any ideas I have a few screenshots for you guys to help hopefully, this is me stess testing my cpu. Yet it happens stress testing or not. Real sad...

So i have chance to "upgrade" to
Asus
H110-D3A
intel i3-7100
8gb ddr4 ram memory (dual channel)
same...
My friend's pc gave a bluescreen numerous times, about two weeks ago. Now the thing does not even post anymore. All fans are spinning, (GPU, CPU, and case). (edit) The USB ports do have power.
I have tried switching the ram sticks around, I have tried removing the GPU and other components not...
So im looking for a cooling option for a AMD FX-6300 Black Edition under $50. The thing is, I am interested in doing light overclocking (for the first time) to get to around 4.0-4.2 ghz, as I heard this cpu is easy to overclock. Does anyone have any suggestions?
