fx6300 4.4

hello i have overclocked my fx6300 to 4.4ghz and my pc runs fine yesterday i stress tested it with prime95 for 1hr no shut downs no errors nothing then i played csgo for 3hrs no problem no erros but today i started my pc and after 10min it shut down randomly i just don't now what the problem is...
