    Can't run fans at 100%

    I have a Zotac GTX 660 and I want to run my fans at 100% speed, but it only goes up to 74% according to MSI Afterburner. I am planning on overclocking my GPU, but it can't run the fans fast enough so it doesn't overheat. Sorry for bad english.
