Trying to upgrade the CPU's of a HP Proliant ML350P G8 from E5-2690's to E5-2637 V2's. The hp website says to update bios with hp-ivb_update-1.80-2. And to do that i have to turn it into an iso file (which i did using rufus, in FAT32) and boot from the USB drive with the iso on it. The...
