I'm planning a build with the Gigabyte Z890 UD motherboard. The manual shows a "FU3C_5G (USB Type-C® Header, with USB 3.2 Gen 1 Support)" header. (20 pins) I'm also looking to install a front-panel USB module, like this It has a "USB3.2 Type-E Key-A 20-Pin Header" Are these the same...
