gigabyte z170 hd3

I have two computers both with Gigabyte motherboards, one is Z170 other is an old AMD. Both have same kind of lag where display freezes for no apparent reason for 1 second. On z170 i updated chipset drivers from intel website and overall experience got better but it's still lags. Tried almost...
