Gmail Problems

When I try to upload an attachment to Gmaii, nothing happens. I can select the attachment but it stalls on upload. This happens in both Chrome, Edge and Firefox with multiple Gmail accounts. It's not an issue with my account because this works fine on my Mac. I tried uploading attachments to...
