Good Quality

Does anyone have any suggestion on a general purpose graphic card , good yet affordable? Its use will be home video edition (not professional, using Vegas), photos editing (using Lightroom), watching movies on PC... I am not a game enthusiast, then I don't need more expensive NVidia RTX 30xx...

Hi guys, I replaced my old nVidia GT630 with a GTX 650. When i turn on the PC the monitor says "Check Signal Cable". When i connect the monitor with the motherboard it works. Specs: Intel i5 MB: BioStar B75MU3B. Thanks
