    Question GPU usage and wattage spiking up and down in games ?

    i have a 4070 mobile a few weeks ago it worked fine, constant usage and wattage (so not a bottleneck) but suddenly it just went crazy and I don't even know what I did. I tried some benchmarks, stress tests and the usage was always at 99 % Does anyone know the problem?
