a few days ago , while playing a game, my computer lagged really bad, exited out of the game and rebooted computer. did a test to see if the problem was resolved by watching a youtube video. after a few seconds of the video , my computer got very laggy/slow and the sound through my speakers...

so its my 2nd time i notice when i try to draw in widows 11 snipping tool it gives artifacts like this last time the artifact was outside the window too, it doesn't happen always like i said this is my 2nd time in the week i wanna know if this is a problem with my GPU or i shouldn't worry about...
