    what slows down a pc?

    How much does ram affect a game? I have 6gbs of ram and most games require 8gbs to run i fequently get stutters so would this cause them? or could it be the ram speed, its running at 615mhz which is quite slow these days would that cause the stutters. or would it be my hdd its a laptop 465gb...
