gpu flicker

Hello there. So I have a rather interesting problem that customer service was absolutely clueless about. Alright.. So I just bought and installed an all new RTX 2080 from Asus. It is not overclocked other the factory clocks from Asus. I came from a GTX 980 Ti before and there was no issue...
