    CPU at max frequency with Win10 Fall Creators update

    Has anyone else noticed that CPU frequency stays at its maximum frequency after applying the Fall Creators update (1709)? CPUID's HWMonitor is reporting as such anyway... Seems to me that won't help with the life of the CPU.
