    what manual voltage to set my i7 4790 at?

    being doing prime95s and aida64s and ive been told if you don't set the voltage manually that it can pull more voltage than needed, thus giving higher temps. my i7 4790 is at stock since i couldnt get it to 4.2ghz because of only being able to tweak the base clock. whats the best way to find...
