    Question I get a black sreen all the time and my gpus fans stop spinning

    A bought a new gpu recently and installed it with a friend but when i turned on the pc it first seemed perfect but then after a few seconds the fans on the gpu stopped spinning and i had a black screen the whole time It was an Nvidia asus tuf 3060 ti and the rgb stayed on the whole time
