I recently got a new ASUS TUF Geforce RTX 5080 OC. Initially when running under load it would boost up to 1725-1825mhz. I recently installed GPU Tweak 3 and since then it will only boost to 1670-1700mhz. Even after intalling the software and updating my drivers it still will not boost as high...
