gtx 1050 fan

My GTX 1050 Ti 4gb Low Profile magically stopped giving video one day, but it had been used only for approximately 4 months. When I turn on my PC, all it does is activate the two fans it has and that's it. I have tried changing the port and it does not work on any. help please i'm desperate
