gtx 1650 fps problems

i was wondering if anyone know whats going on with my gaming laptop so about 2 weeks ago i was playing some games until i noticed a random GPU usage dip while playing games idk what to do | specs | AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics GTX 1650 not sure about the other stuff ASUS TUF...

I usually get around 120-140 stable frame rates when I play League of Legends, a relatively low demanding game but for some reason these days, I only get half that amount and it even dips below 50 fps which I know is not normal. I thought maybe its because my ram sticks' speeds do not match but...
