gtx 1650 super for blender

Tbh, I think this is a big better deal, is far more cheaper than the RTX 2060 bundle, besides I can change the PSU for a CX 650 or for a Be Quiet without spending more money. It is good for 3D modeling? I am new in that part, and I wanted to try the art style of low poly (Like Megaman Legends)...
