So my gpu a gtx 570 is going to p2 randomly and then it wont go either up to full clock or go down to idle clock, i have tested the usual suspects, temps, reinstalled drivers several times, downloaded programs to see if the perfcap reason was power but it keeps saying that its the gpu thinking...
