h100i elite capellex

My idle temp is around 42-45 and it reaches 60-62 Celsius when I'm playing a game, the iCUE flag it as overheating and the pump begin to flashing red. Is this a normal range? if it is is there a way to stop the software from flagging it as overheating?

I have had my i9 9900k for a year now and has been running fine. I go and upgrade my cooler and the cooler is off the walls. It's loud and hot. The cooler is the h100i capellix Elite so it should be good right? The pump isn't broken and reads 2600 rpm and the fans run fine. I used a bunch of...
