h97m hd3

Hello does anybody know if this is compatible? GTX 1650 or 1660 (+-TI) with Gigabyte H97m HD3 I tried asking Gigabyte themselves, but they said in theory it would be compatible with a pci 3pin or something like that? I didn't really understand thanks for reading & any responses
