hard drive activity

So last night my PC worked just fine, played some games and then decided to go to bed. In the morning my PC refused to turn on, no fans no lights nothing.. Other than the red light on my pc case that is.. Please help me indicate what this means and possibly how to fix the problem. Thanks...
