    Question 100% disk power (task manager) slowing down PC?

    Ok so some random programs from windows are maxing out the power of my hard drive, and I believe it is the thing that is causing my computer to slow down a lot. Any suggestions? Here is a screenshot of my task manager. https://ibb.co/tLWBF85

    Using 240hz monitor at 144 for testing

    I have a Benq XL2546 and to test if i could feel the difference between 144hz and 240hz i just capped the fps at 144 and the difference was HUGE.
