    gigabyte gtx 980 ti gaming g1 to hot

    Gpu temp reached 83 degrees under 99% load in witcher 3. Is this normall? Its not overclocked i have it on its factory oc mode. Fans were spinning at mid 2000 or 3000 rpm cant remember should i echange this for a new card? Just built this pc couple days ago.
