I've been getting really weird micro-stutters, or micro freezes whenever I play a game, or just try to browse the internet. It's not an FPS issue, as I've seen my FPS, although whenever the stutter or freeze happens, it tends to drop 2-3 FPS. Normally, when this happens I'd restart my computer...
