harman/kardon

My harman/kardon is acting strange i can turn it on. and in stand by mode its all good but when i press the power button and the logo pop out of the screen it just stuck there i guess that why i cant use the aux cord at all. no sound coming from it. can anyone help? i highly appreciate it. BTW...
