hdmi plug unplug

Hello. I use a TV as a monitor, connected to my Radeon 6700 XT graphics card with HDMI cable and everything worked fine. Yesterday i cleaned my PC. and now when my PC boots, the TV says "No Signal". But when I unplug the HDMI cable from the GPU and plug it back in, everything works fine. Why...
