I need help with diagnosing why my Hewlett-Packard Pavilion 3260 Will not display video.
Here is everything i have done so far.
I have checked the Pentium MMX processor,
I have checked the RAM, Cmos battery is good aswell, The power supply is good im assuming.
I put a POST card...
I'm rather in a pickle. Last year my HP died. I took it to a local repair shop and they said the power supply was dying but that something else was wrong but they couldn't find it. They mentioned it could be the CMO battery but they couldn't find it.
I admit I didn't give them a lot of time...
I recently built a desktop pc with an AMD Ryzen 5 3500X and an MSI B450 motherboard but reused the hard drive from my non-functional, HP made, Intel i5-7200U laptop. The hard drive had over 1Tb of data on it and I didn't want to do a clean install of windows because I would lose all of the data...
