hp ink advantage

I have a HP 2545 all in one ink advantage inkjet printer. I did't use it for 4-5 months..now i'm getting incompatible print cartridge - black error ! This error is only showing for the black cartridge ! The color one is working . Things i did so far reseated the cartridge Cleaned the contact...
