Question 93 degrees max temp ok?

Just have the stock cooler and didn’t apply fresh thermal paste (it came on the cooler) but temp seems high? 89-93 degrees i5 11400 temps during a 9999 cinebench run seem legit?

The 10400 is considerably cheaper(almost 30%) in my city due to high demand for 11400 but the 11400 seems to be slightly more future-proof because of its support for PCIE 4.0 Is it...
