This one got me thinking for real , my i5 6400 is capped at 2133 and i have 1 8 stick 2400 mhz
but i wanted another stick but i didn't find 2400 i found only 2666
so if i installed 2400 and 2666 ram on this cpu will make them work in dual channel ?
i mean if the cpu capped them both at 2133 why...
I have i5 6400@4,5 ghz at 1.32V(cpu-z) 1.33(in bios) V. I tried overclocking to more hz and increase a voltage to 1,39.I couldn't get a higher frequency and now I have rare BSODS at full CPU load. Is my processor degraded now and he needs more voltage?
P.s. ram AMD 2016 at 2666 1.26v CR1...

im going to buy a RAM kit (8GB 2x) and i checked the specs of my CPU (i5 6400) at intel's website and it only says "DDR4-1866/2133" but the RAM kit im planning to buy is at 2400 MHz or 2666 MHz
Also my motherboard says on its specs :

Okay so this issue has driven me nuts.
Whenever my CPU reaches 100% utilization, my mouse movements is all stuttery, laggy and jerky.
This started since I upgraded my GPU. I uninstalled my drivers with help from DDU.
