i9 9900k temp

so my corsair hydro h110i aio is 3+years old maybe even 4+ icant recall but basically my i9 9900k idle temps are 44-54c and under gaming loads like need for speed shift or battlefield v its hitting 88-98c which is scary. ive just ordered a NZXT kraken x63 do you think that with solve the cooling...
