intel 14700

I have decided to get an Intel Core i7-14700 CPU for my new build. However, I'm not sure which type of cooler to choose. I live in a pretty hot weather, with usual normal temperatures rising up to 40 degree celsius. Most people suggest that I should use an AIO liquid cooler, but I'm worried...
