Intel H61

I have a 8 year old dell inspiron 620s. 2 months back its motherboard died (or maybe psu because it just won't boot, all fans and hard disk running). So in case of motherboard replacement, can I use some other motherboard ? Current- Dell 0gdg8y Intel H61 Want- An AMD motherboard or Zebronics...
