    Question Really inconsistent GPU usages when playing Escape From Tarkov (GTX 960 2GB)

    I have really weird GPU usages when playing tarkov, it starts spiking from 0 to 100% constantly when there is people shooting, this makes the game unplayable. My Specs are: i5 4440 3.1GHz sometimes it reaches 3.2GHz, but only when i'm on the desktop. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2Gb 1024 CUDA...

    Question Newly built PC turns on but the display doesn't work

    When I press the PC on, the CPU fan turns on for a few seconds. The DRAM LED flashes red then turns off, then VGA LED quickly turns orange for a few seconds, then the CPU fan turns off.
